I've been using my partner's Ring Fit when I'm at their place and it's a good use of exercise, especially because I am pretty unfit at the moment! I can't afford a Switch or that game though so I've got a regular and cheap Pilaties ring at home now too so far exercise is pretty ok with both. The game is fun enough though, as it's mini exercises and a lot of jogging or running on the spot to walk/run through the levels. I'd recommend it if anybody is looking for a slightly unconventional and more fun way to exercise Anybody else tried this thing yet? The cheaper and not a videogame ring I got is pretty good too, I use at home a few times a week by just putting on random videos about the ring and copying their movements with it so it's always a varied and randomised exercise routine.

Does it work? If you're really getting more healthier with Ring Fit, then I'm curious how it helps. Do you feel like you concentrate better? Are you gaining any muscles? Would be fun if you really can get fit with this.
