Hi, If we only value those who have reached the top of the hierarchy, then by definition we’re writing off the other 99.99%. We create a cruel assembly line that produces myriad people who are frustrated and unhappy, who believe - often wrongly - that only those who arrived at the top truly triumphed. I value everyone in their work positions and wish others would too. For the most part people respect when someone has a job, which is nice, there's a need for every job or we'd not have that job position in the first place.
I've never had a job that people would see as impressive? Or high end? But I like what I've worked as and doing anything is better than nothing.

I wish I could have a job lol ... have been hikikomori and jobless for 10 years now. Any advice on how to find work for people like us ? Antisocial hours/night-shifts can be great for work for us as less likely to have customers or much human interaction. Depending on the country there's always jobs like stacking shelves in super markets overnight and cleaning is usually later evenings or early mornings when nobody is in the building yet or starting their 9-5 jobs yet. I liked cleaning the best as I'd be left to my own devices and I took pride in my work too. It is also surprisingly good exercise as it's consistent light cardio the entire shift There's Gas station working at night too where people pay for their gas through a window to you in the gas station all night, limited human interaction there too. There is online work BUT there are a lot of scams and it seems impossible to really find real work online based. I'd suggest writing anything down your interests or what might be best for you such as, if you're able to hold long conversations then any generic day job is good, but if you're more like me and sociall anxious or introverted then night jobs or jobs that are not social are good. If you're unable to walk around or do light cardio, go for sitting/stationary work (gas station payment clerk/etc) rather than cleaning or stacking shelves work, etc. If you're bi-lingual, you could look up things like translation too as that might be online work and things, and it should pay pretty good too.

I believe most jobs are bureaucratic and not very fulfilling. Most people have to live. What motivates most people? I believe that most people work for their families, children, significant others, and/or close friends.
